1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Karpanai's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Karpanai provides the following services:

• Resume Builder Tool (Free)
• Resume Optimization Service
• LinkedIn & Naukri Profile Review
• Mock Interview Preparation
• Career Consultation
• Complete Career Transformation Package

3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
• Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with meeting details

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 24+ hours before appointment: Full refund
• 12-24 hours before: 50% refund
• Less than 12 hours: No refund
• No-show: No refund

5. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost. Requests made within 24 hours are subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.

6. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Attend scheduled sessions on time
• Have a stable internet connection and working camera/microphone for video calls
• Treat our consultants with respect and professionalism
• Not record sessions without prior written consent

7. Resume Builder Tool

Our free resume builder tool:

• Stores data locally in your browser unless you choose to save it to our servers
• Is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
• Grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the tool
• You retain all rights to content you create using the tool

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Karpanai and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

9. Service Guarantee

While we strive to provide high-quality services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as job placements or interview success. Our services are advisory in nature and results depend on various factors beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

Karpanai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services, including but not limited to lost profits or business opportunities.

11. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
